your business has outgrown its current site
Maybe the site feels dated, does not work well on phones, or no longer explains what you offer. A redesign can keep what is useful while rebuilding the experience around where the business is now.

twelve. works best with small businesses and independent teams that care about how they show up online but do not want to become website experts themselves.
Maybe the site feels dated, does not work well on phones, or no longer explains what you offer. A redesign can keep what is useful while rebuilding the experience around where the business is now.
You know the service, audience, and next step you want visitors to take, but you need someone to turn that direction into a polished website that feels credible and easy to use.
You will talk with the same person who plans, designs, builds, tests, and launches the site. That keeps decisions clear and prevents good ideas from getting lost between separate sales, design, and development teams.
The goal is not to pile on technology. It is to build the right pages and interactions for your customers, then make them fast, accessible, responsive, and straightforward to maintain.
A template starts with somebody else’s structure and asks your business to fit inside it. That can be useful for a quick placeholder, but it often leaves small businesses with the same hero, the same rows, and the same compromises as everyone else.
Custom design starts with questions: What do customers need to understand first? Which services deserve their own explanation? What creates trust? What should a visitor do next? The answers guide the page structure, visual system, calls to action, and details that make the site feel like your business.
That does not mean making things complicated for the sake of being different. It means every major choice has a job. The result should feel distinct while still being familiar enough that people can navigate it without thinking.
// what is included
We sort out the audience, priorities, pages, and calls to action before design work gets deep. This keeps the site focused and gives each page a reason to exist.
The typography, color, layout, imagery, and motion are shaped around your brand. Desktop and mobile experiences are considered together, not treated as separate afterthoughts.
The approved direction becomes a responsive website with clean behavior, accessible controls, useful metadata, performance-minded assets, and testing across common screen sizes.
I can connect the domain, hosting, analytics, and the agreed services needed to go live. After launch, you can manage the finished site yourself or bring me back for updates and support.
// from idea to launch
You share what you do, who the site is for, what is not working now, and what a successful project needs to accomplish.
I organize the requirements and send a clear quote. You know what is included, what you will provide, and how we will work together before anything begins.
You review the work at useful checkpoints and give feedback while changes are still easy to make. I handle both design and development, so the final build stays true to the direction.
We check the content, links, forms, mobile layout, accessibility, and launch setup. After the final balance, the finished site and agreed project files are yours.
Custom websites start at $600. The final quote depends on the number of pages, the amount of content, the interactions, and any special functionality or setup the project needs. The pricing page explains the factors in plain language.
Before work begins, you receive a written scope and price. Projects use a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due when the agreed work is complete. If the scope changes, we talk through the effect before extra work is added.
Once the project is paid in full, the finished site belongs to you. You are not locked into a subscription just to keep using the design. Any third-party costs—such as a domain, hosting, or paid service—are identified separately so you know what continues after launch.
Based in Omaha. Working with businesses here and beyond. Local clients can work with someone who understands the market and is in the same time zone, while the project itself can still run smoothly by email, shared reviews, and video calls. Remote projects receive the same direct, one-person process.

No. Omaha is home, and local businesses are a priority, but twelve. also works remotely. Most communication and reviews can happen online, so location does not have to limit a good-fit project.
Timing depends on the size of the site, how quickly content and feedback arrive, and whether special functionality is involved. Your quote will include a realistic schedule based on the actual scope instead of a generic promise.
Yes. A redesign can keep useful content and brand elements while improving the structure, visual direction, mobile experience, speed, and calls to action. We will decide what deserves to stay before rebuilding anything.
That depends on what you need. I can build an agreed editing setup when regular content changes are part of the project, or provide the finished files and a Website Playbook for a more stable site. Ongoing help is also available separately.
I can handle the agreed technical launch work, including connecting a domain and setting up hosting. The domain and third-party accounts should remain under your ownership, and continuing provider costs are listed separately from the project price.
Tell me about your business, what you need the website to do, and where the current experience falls short. I will reply within 1–2 business days.
