site size
A focused one-page site takes less work than a full multi-page website. More pages usually mean more design, more content to organize, and more development.
// pricing
$600 is the starting point for a straightforward, single-page site—not a rigid package price. Every business needs something a little different, whether that's a clean landing page, multiple pages, or extra setup help.
Tell me what you're looking for, and I'll send a clear quote before any work begins. If your scope changes later, we'll talk through the price first—no surprises.
limited availability
twelve. is a one-person studio, so I only take on a limited number of projects at a time. That allows me to give each site the attention and detail it needs.
// what changes the number

Forms, booking, online stores, custom integrations, and more involved animations can all change the scope. We'll figure out what you actually need before I send your quote.
// 03
Every project includes the setup needed to get the agreed website online. Extra work—like moving an existing domain, connecting outside services, or organizing more complicated accounts—may affect the quote.
// 04
You'll own the finished website and production accounts, receive access to edit approved content, and get 14 days of bug-fix support after launch. Future updates are available separately, based on the work needed and my availability.
// included with every project
Every completed project includes a custom Website Playbook with your project details, where your files and accounts live, simple editing instructions, and anything else you need to know after handoff. What's included will depend on the project.
// ownership
Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, the finished website, agreed-upon files, and production accounts are yours. You'll also have access to update the content we set up for editing—like text, images, services, or business hours—without touching the code.
Manage it yourself, give another developer access, or keep working with twelve. It's completely up to you.
// questions
No. Every website is designed and built specifically for the business behind it. I don't start with premade themes or recycle layouts from other projects.
Yes. You'll get access to update the content we set up for editing—like text, photos, services, or business hours—without touching the layout or code. You'll also own the production accounts, so you can manage the site yourself or give another professional access later.
Sometimes. Send me what you already use and what you need the site to do. I'll let you know whether it's something I can work with. For e-commerce or booking, I connect established platforms like Shopify, Square, or your current tool instead of rebuilding those systems from scratch.
Yep. Send over whatever you already have—logos, photos, brand colors, copy, graphics, or anything else. I can help organize what you have and create simple website-specific placeholders, but I may recommend a specialist for full branding, logo design, or photography.
Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to reserve your spot and begin work, and the remaining 50% before launch or final handoff.
Those costs are separate from the twelve. project fee and are paid directly through accounts you own. I'll explain what your website needs and any ongoing costs before we begin.
It depends on the project scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided. The timeline begins once the deposit, required assets, and account access are ready. Your quote will include a realistic delivery target.
A little about your business and what you need the site to do is enough to start. I'll usually get back to you within 1–2 business days so we can talk through the project.
